2nd step

once you have found out the problem and how it effects on u and everyone negatively..... its time for u to find ur solution to this problem for example you could be very lazy and all you do is sleep all day long and the effect would be that you dont get enough time to study or work and missing out on many things..... The solution would be that you should get more hours sleep at night and start to become more active... start working out and some people are not the biggest fans of working out but someone who could motivate you and help you would be a friend ... work out together.. it will be fun.

now start thinking of your problem and think of what you can do to solve it ... find your solution..think of your solution.... this might take time... but remember no one is running after you.. so take your time and dont pressure yourelf...
